Finance Intern, South Asia

This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next Gen talent. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-orientated individual to support the Finance team across multiple engagements. This role offers hands-on exposure to financial planning, project tracking, and a comprehensive understanding of how financial strategy drives retail operations within a luxury Maison. • Support finance project rollouts by assisting with UAT and go-live activities, including test preparation, issue tracking, and coordination with relevant stakeholders. • Assist in controlling tasks such as cost tracking and variance analysis to support financial monitoring and reporting. • Assist the team with daily sales and stock reconciliation and monitor goods in transit to ensure accuracy and timely follow-up on discrepancies. • Provide support for other ad hoc finance-related tasks and assignments as required. The intern should be independent and meticulous, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility in embracing new ideas, people, and procedures. The ideal candidate should also be able to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines, and capable of dealing with ambiguity. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint would be an advantage. • Start Date: Internship starting in January - June 2027 for 6 months. • Location: Louis Vuitton Singapore, Ngee Ann City Office.
