Expert Advisor (Ready-to-Wear)

As an Expert Advisor , you will be an ambassador of the Louis Vuitton Brand, with a special focus on Ready-to-Wear (RTW). Be an Exceptional Client Advisor • Achieve individual and team objectives and be accountable for the sales results of the RTW category • Welcome every Client and enhance their experience, setting the example of the best Client experience • Closely follow existing Clients, proactively recruit new Clients, leveraging the different clienteling tools to engage and build long term Client relationship • Provide expertise and comprehensive advice on the RTW category to Clients (whether style related or technical), supporting team members when they have Clients requiring more detailed information. • Be a strong style advisor for your Client (e.g. fashion conscious), assess the Client’s style and match with product recommendations • Perform as a team player, participate in all activities contributing to the overall objectives and product categories of the store Show Ownership and Support Store Team for the RTW Category • Be the ambassador and role model for the RTW category, demonstrating an active genuine passion and strong enthusiasm • Master a deep knowledge of your product category and be able to deal with the most demanding Client situations • Partner with the Team Manager and Field Coach Trainer to develop selling skills and product knowledge in the store • Nurture a thorough knowledge of the competition
