E-Commerce Intern – join the PIONEERS Louis Vuitton Internship Program
In this position you will be part of the Digital & e-Commerce team of the Benelux, Nordics & Poland region and will have the opportunity to discover the Louis Vuitton luxury e-Retail world in the Brussels-based head office. This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next Gen talent. As an E-Commerce Intern, you will play an essential role in supporting the region’s digital retail performance by assisting in e-commerce operations and marketing initiatives, consequently supporting the digital performance.
• Digital Marketing & Communication:
• Support the planning, creation and execution of email marketing campaigns, paid search and paid social activities across Benelux, Nordics & Poland.
• Track performance and contribute insights to support e-commerce growth.
• Website Updates, Testing & Digital Client Experience
• Support regular website and app updates on LV.com and help ensure a consistent brand image and digital client experience across markets.
• Collaborate with Digital Production and IT teams, conducting UAT tests for new website functionalities and reporting bugs to support improvements to the user journey.
• Monitor the user experience across our digital touchpoints, identifying friction and website errors
• Data Analysis & Reporting
• Use insights to make data-driven recommendations to optimize the digital retail journey.
• Support in weekly and monthly business reporting with translating data and insights into insightful and impactful presentation slides.
Bachelor’s or Master’s student in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Internship agreement from your university is mandatory.
Strong command of English. Knowledge of Dutch, French, Polish or Norwegian is a strong advantage.
Excellent computer skills (Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI). Previous experience with Jira Atlassian and website analytics tools is a strong advantage.
Strong analytical mindset with critical thinking capabilities and a hands-on approach.
High attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks independently.
A sense of ownership, creativity, and eagerness to contribute to digital excellence.
• Start Date: Internship starting in December 2026/January 2027 for 6 to 12 months.
• Location: Louis Vuitton Benelux, Nordics & Poland Head Office (Brussels, Belgium).
• Mandatory: Internship convention provided by universities.
