You have a bachelor’s degree or above. You have experience in demand planning & supply chain management . You have advanced skills in SAP, MS O ffice, BI , Anaplan, and adaptab ility to various systems. You have analytical thinking, problem-solving, Adaptability & Change Agility with Open mind. You have excellent communication skills in Korean and English . What are we expecting from you? • Demand & Supply Planning : You will execute demand forecasting for product categories and POSM by collecting and analyzing various data, including market trends, activities, commercial plans, and economic indicators. You will c ollaborate closely with stakeholders to improve forecast accuracy and share market insights . You will implement and execute demand forecasting and management strategies for novelty launches and conduct forecast analysis and improvement initiatives. • Stock Operations & Management: You will manage appropriate inventory levels and stock management policies and monitor stock health and implement strategies for stock optimization. You will coordinate business processes related to the import & export and ensure smooth inventory inbound and outbound with the logistics team . You will analyze the efficiency of stock-related business processes and propose improvement plans. • Performance Management & Reporting : You will perform regularly monitor, and report on KPIs and identify stock-related opportunities and risks and develop mitigation strategies. • C ollaboration & Communication : You will communicate market opportunities and risks to internal stakeholders, providing insights for strategic decision-making.
