• Lead the commercial transformation of a fast-growing multi-entity organisation • Build a unified commercial organisation and drive sales excellence at scale Notre client Our client is a fast-growing international organisation operating in the Safety & Compliance Services sector, currently accelerating its growth through an ambitious transformation and M&A-driven integration strategy across multiple business entities. Poste et missions As a Commercial director, your main responsibilities will include: • Define and execute the commercial strategy to drive profitable growth across France. • Lead a multi-channel sales organisation across direct sales, key accounts, distributors and tenders. • Drive commercial excellence through clear performance metrics, governance and reporting standards. • Accelerate recurring revenue growth, margin improvement and cross-selling initiatives. • Harmonise sales teams, processes and tools across multiple business entities. • Design and implement a scalable commercial operating model to support business growth and future acquisitions. • Lead transformation initiatives, including sales methodologies, CRM adoption and organisational alignment. • Develop and inspire high-performing commercial teams while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration. • Partner with senior stakeholders to drive integration, change management and strategic projects. Profil recherché The successful applicant should have: • Proven experience leading commercial transformation in complex B2B environments. • Experience in M&A environments and post-acquisition integration. • Strong commercial leadership and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to drive organisational change and business growth. • Experience operating across multi-site and multi-entity organisations. • Hands-on approach combined with strategic vision. • Familiarity with recurring revenue and service-based business models. • Fluent in French and English.
