Position Overview: As Workforce Management Business Intern, you will be part of the Performance Team that is responsible for reporting, planning and traffic management of the CSC. The team ensures smooth running of front office operations for the EMEA zone to ensure the best client experience.

Purpose of the role:
• Support the delivery of service levels and productivity targets for all skills, working on real time and long-term action plans
• Understand our business drivers and levers in order to improve our efficiency
Responsibilities:
• Assist in creating monthly planning for Front Office teams to ensure optimal coverage for all markets, including daily reference task
• Support the development and maintenance of reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Assist in producing and presenting daily, weekly, and monthly business reports and summaries about WFM KPIs and SLAs
• Assist in request management
Required skills:
Bachelor or master’s internship. Internship agreement from school required. The internship is only possible with the internship agreement or a Belgian CIP agreement.
Fluent in English, proficiency in other languages is a plus
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Advanced MS Excel and Power Point skills & Power BI (PBI)
Excellent communication skills and ability to multitask
Capacity to take ownership and follow up on projects
Proactivity, creative problem-solving orientation, and data-driven decision-making
A highly motivated and inspirational team player
Previous experience with Workforce Management solutions is a plus
Ability to thrive in a diverse and international work environment, leveraging multicultural perspectives to enhance collaboration and innovation.
