Your Tasks
As Brand Manager for NIVEA , you will be responsible for executing the brand’s marketing strategy to strengthen its market position in the Baltic countries.
You will adapt and implement the Global Brand strategy within local markets, in line with global guidelines, ensuring consistent brand messaging across all consumer touchpoints.
You will lead the brand strategy execution through collaboration with cross-functional teams and media implementation partners. You will also have direct responsibility for preparing products for the market.
Your Profile
• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Min. 3–5 years of experience in FMCG brand management or marketing, including experience in the Baltics market
• Strong media planning knowledge
• Product packaging development knowledge and strong external partners' management skill
• Fluency in English
• Strong strategic, analytical, and creative thinking abilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Availability for office-based work in Warsaw (min. 3 days a week in the office)
