Présentation générale du poste JOB PURPOSE: The Brand Ambassador (Casual) role is accountable for creating and providing an outstanding customer experience that exemplifies the authenticity of Canada Goose. Assist in the execution of the plans and strategies developed by the Store management team and execute store functions in relation to operational efficiency that impact the overall quality of customer experience including ensuring excellence in all areas and maintaining Canada Goose’s expectations of quality and authenticity. What You’ll Do Store Financial Performance: Contribute to the store’s overall target by achieving productivity standards Achieve or exceed personal sales targets that may vary depending on seasonality Engagement: Contribute to a positive store environment through effective communication, teamwork, and partnership with brand ambassadors and the store management team Attend and participate in all store meetings, events, and product knowledge sessions Demonstrate values and behaviors consistent with Canada Goose’s culture Operational Excellence: Compliant with store operating procedures to minimize store shrink Handle all Point of sale (POS) transactions in compliant with company standards Ensure overall accuracy in inventory Ensure proper organization and accessibility of Canada Goose’s products Process inbound and outbound shipment; replenishment, damages, return to vendor, etc. Support in the upkeeping overall physical store maintenance and standards Responsible for maintenance of the Visual merchandise directives Other responsibilities may be added to meet the needs of the business Customer Experience: Ensure an outstanding customer experience through operational efficiency (such as: stock room management, cash wrap experience and sales floor best practices) Drive our Net Promoter Score (NPS) Let’s Talk About You At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in a customer focused environment Experience working with affluent and luxury brands is an asset High-volume traffic experience is an asset Ability to stand for long periods of time and flexible to work retail hours (standard, peak and holiday) Strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and team orientated environment Good understanding of inventory management and point of sale systems Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self motivated, able to work independently and know when to seek guidance Basic skills in Microsoft Office; specifically, Word and Excel are an asset Good command of English Fluent in Mandarin will be an advantage Nous remercions sincèrement tous les candidats de l'intérêt dont ils ont fait preuve pour rejoindre l'équipe Goose, mais seuls les candidats retenus pour un premier entretien seront contactés.
