Role: Beauty AdvisorWe are seeking Beauty Advisors (BA) to deliver exceptional customer service, provide expert product consultation, and represent our brands across department store counters. Key Responsibilities Sales & Customer Service• Provide personalized beauty consultations and makeup services. • Recommend products based on customer needs and beauty goals. • Drive sales by delivering exceptional service and product expertise. • Ensure excellent customer engagement and satisfaction. • Perform counter operations and adhere to brand standards. • Maintain product displays, testers, hygiene standards, and stock levels. • Support daily store tasks including opening/closing procedures. • Assist in inventory management and tester organization. Qualifications Required • High school graduate or above (open to all majors).
