Assistant Store Manager

Partner with your Counter Manager – work together on rota planning, sales strategies, and plans to make colleagues and customers even happier. Be the product expert – handle complex customer questions, demonstrate products like a pro, and embody our signature Feel Good Experience. Own the operations side – take care of rota management, inventory, cash handling, and all essential back-office work that keeps the store running smoothly. Develop your team and make targets fun – you're great at coaching, know exactly what to say to help people grow, and you turn sales into a game everyone wants to play. Be a brand ambassador – from a spotless looking counter to looking professional and polished yourself, you get that every detail matters for a luxury brand. Similar level of experience in retail or customer service. Can't imagine being behind a desk all day. You get a genuine kick out of retail, and you'd love to work in a department store environment, connecting with different teams and stakeholders. Are results driven, always looking for your next win and you naturally turn conversations into purchases. Have strong people skills and easily adapt to different personalities. You know how to inspire your team, collaborate with your Counter Manager, and you're not afraid to approach customers and introduce them to Rituals. You’re available to work during opening hours, which include evenings and weekends.
