The Swatch Group Services' IT division plays a key role in the digital transformation of a global leader in watchmaking.
The Job
As Application Manager, you will :
• Manage portfolio of applications as service owner
• Manage Applications (Cloud and/or on-premises) including access, invoicing, licenses, monitoring, resources, roles, security, updates)
• Coordinate delivery of services to business and ensure IT Service's continuity
• Organize and provide technical implementations for all lifecycle changes
• Provide levels 2 and 3 of support
• Manage enhancement, corrective changes according to applications lifecycle
• Support new application deployment, infrastructure migration and upgrade projects
• Work closely with customers, define requirements and set expectations
• Provide and maintain end-user and technical documentations
Your Profile
• IT technical degree (ES/HF) or equivalent in Computer Science
• 3 to 5 years of related work experience with application lifecycle management
• Work experience in industry is preferred
• Strong communication and collaboration skills in an international environment
• Autonomous at organizing work and setting priorities
• Solution oriented, analytical and problem solving skills
• Team worker and Service/Customer oriented
Professional Requirements
• Good understanding of standard methodology, techniques and procedures
• Knowledge of IT marketplace and technologies (Cloud, Hybrid, On-premises)
• Familiarity with SQL language and/or Powershell
• Understanding of security policies (GDPR), contracts management and SLA principles
• Experience with Document management systems (Confluence, Sharepoint)
• Experience with Microsoft and/or Linux environment is a plus
How to Communicate
• Fluent in English and French
• German is an asset
• Any other language is welcome!
