Accounting Intern - August 2026

In this position you will be part of the Omnichannel Operations team of Client Services Europe and will have the opportunity to discover the Louis Vuitton luxury digital world in the Brussels-based head office. This internship is part of the "PIONEERS" Louis Vuitton Internship program, reflecting our commitment to fostering Next Gen talent. You will play a key role in supporting our internal control and finance processes across 15 countries, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic, high-performance e-retail environment. This opportunity offers a deep insight into our operational network and the related processes that support a luxury business. • Operations & Internal Control: Provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and internal control support to the operational and finance teams. • Transaction Management: Handle order validation and manual refund processes in close collaboration with the Client Service finance team and local accounting teams. • Financial Reconciliation: Assist local finance teams in identifying the root causes of reconciliation discrepancies and execute corrective actions. • Cash & PO Management: Follow up on cash advances with the Client Services management team; support the clienteling team with Purchase Order (PO) management and SAP stock administration. • Digital Audits: Perform internal controls and reviews on digital transactions. • Continuous Improvement: Participate actively in process optimization initiatives and cross-functional projects. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Internship agreement provided by your university is mandatory. Strong command of English. Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail. Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
