As Creative Production Coordinator, you will help turn creative ideas into high-quality visual content. Working closely with the Visual Content Lead, you will support the planning and delivery of photoshoots, e-commerce imagery, and other content projects. You will help coordinate production activities from preparation through to final delivery, ensuring consistency, quality, and attention to detail at every stage. This is a hands-on role for someone with a strong interest in visual storytelling, fashion, content creation, and emerging creative technologies, including AI-generated imagery. Your role and impact Content and Photoshoot Production • Coordinate product samples and outfits for photoshoots. • Prepare tracking documents, labelling, and production materials. • Support creative research and moodboard development. • Help coordinate activities with internal teams and external production partners. • Assist during photoshoots to ensure products are presented consistently and in line with brand guidelines. • Follow up on post-production activities, including image selection, retouching, and colour review. • Organise, upload, and maintain content within our digital asset management system. • Keep up to date with developments in fashion, retail, design, and content production. AI Image Production • Support the creation of AI-generated e-commerce imagery using new creative tools and platforms. • Select product combinations and styling options that align with brand guidelines. • Review imagery to ensure consistency, quality, and accuracy. • Prepare presentations and support feedback and approval processes with stakeholders. About you What We're Looking For We're open to different backgrounds and experiences. You may be a recent graduate or have gained your first professional experience through internships, student jobs, apprenticeships, or an entry-level role. We'd be particularly interested in someone who brings: • A degree in Marketing, Communication, Fashion, Design, Audiovisual Production, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience. • A strong visual eye and attention to detail. • An interest in fashion, branding, photography, styling, or content creation. • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage several tasks at the same time. • Confidence working with digital tools and learning new technologies. • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively. • Fluency in English.
