PARCO focuses on solving the broad retirement planning information gap between Pensioned Americans and their employers; focusing on federal, state and local governments. Finding personalized, accurate support and advice for these unique retirement systems if often difficult, if not impossible, to find. Our mission is to provide our clients with the support that they deserve so they can maximize the benefits they have earned over the course of their career and have a solid financial plan. Our team guides hundreds of clients per month through the twists and turns of the retirement process. We have a diverse background of federal retirement experts who all share a love for precision and analysis, believing there is a precise answer to every question. We are looking for a focused communicator with excellent interpersonal skills and an upbeat, welcoming personality. Candidates should be able to speak with potential clients over the phone and through their knowledge, inviting attitude, and encouraging disposition entice them to schedule a time to speak with our team of Retirement Strategists. You should be able to thoroughly document the conversation you have with the potential client and use our technology system to schedule that appointment at the appropriate time on the relevant team member’s calendar. To be successful as an Appointment Scheduler, candidates should be polite, enthusiastic, welcoming, professional, attentive, accurate, and have a high level of integrity. They should be prepared to answer questions on the fly and direct questions they don’t know to our retirement strategists during the appointment. Candidates must be unafraid to ask questions as well as be comfortable using computers and phones. Strong verbal communication skills are required to be successful at this position.
