Qualifications • Role Requirements • Ability to facilitate exceptional, personalized customer service by providing tailored makeup solutions through strong consultation skills • Achieve KPI’s and sales targets through driving retail events, makeup appointments and theme days • Leading by example with impeccable 100% M.A.C black professional, polished grooming • Confidently wear and demonstrate diverse makeup looks • Ensure you & your team are attending mandatory paid training sessions (virtual and in-person; travel may be required) What We’re Looking For • The ability to provide exceptional customer service, adhere to grooming guidelines, and KPI attainment. • Strong makeup skills (self-taught or accredited) – portfolio or examples required • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Team player with a positive attitude • Open to feedback and committed to professional growth • Flexible availability including late nights and weekends • Ability to travel to other locations when required • Impeccably groomed • Ability to provide see it say it feedback.
