🎯 What's your mission?
Provide support to the internal Customer experience team.
🛠️Here’s what you’ll be rocking every day
Commercial Back-office support role
Softwares: SAP/Procis/windows
Tasks:
· Creating customer Proforma Invoice and Order
· Launching technical documentation
· Coordinate urgent orders with logistics and planning departments
· Follow-up customer projects, request customer samples and quotations
· Fragance codes release request
· Quotation new fragrances with our pricing calculator
· Lease with the Regulatory department to request documents per customer requirements.
· Register and follow up of customer non-conformities
· Olfactive pyramids generation
· Marketing materials and promo-kits preparation.
· Customer Service or support role is preferred.
· Ability to learn and adapt quickly
✅ What you need to shine in this role
+1 year as administrative/customer service area
Preferably coming from the industrial and production sector
Spanish: desirable
