Description
Asket is an independent direct-to-consumer apparel brand founded in 2015. Our vision is a world free of mindless consumption. We create and continuously refine a single permanent collection, allowing us to live fulfilled with less and do better by people and planet. Our Brand team creates the concepts and campaigns to bring our brand and product to life and set the standards of how Asket looks, sounds and feels. Our Commercial teams (ecom, paid, retail) run the channels where our customers meet us. As both have grown, so has the work of connecting them — and deciding what reaches the market when and how, in order to drive brand discovery and affinity. That's where you come in. As Brand Marketing Lead you're joining our Brand team at our head office in central Stockholm. You're responsible for taking our brand campaigns and products to market. You own the brand marketing calendar, the briefs our channels work from, and lead the rollout, activation and evaluation of brand initiatives across all channels. Your work stretches from being part of shaping our campaigns and activations, to deciding calendar architecture, channel prioritisation and the standards that govern how we sound in each channel. Your daily operations include brief writing, rollout coordination, copywriting and adaptation. You're passionate about bringing ideas to market with precision and have a keen eye for brand and creative quality, while working in a highly structured way. In the Brand team you'll be working with two Art Directors, reporting directly to our co-founder and CEO. You'll be collaborating with our CCO and Ecommerce, Paid Marketing and Retail teams on a daily basis. You're joining an ambitious and caring organisation on a dynamic and challenging journey to fundamentally change the way we manufacture, market and consume garments today. Mission • Own and develop how Asket's brand and products reach the market — from the campaign calendar to our owned social channels — driving brand discovery and affinity, evaluating every launch to make the next one better Ownership • Own the master brand and marketing calender and its reconciliation with commercial • Lead product launches and campaigns end to end, from brief to evaluation • Own brand activation and the dedicated brand marketing budget • Lead owned social channels – strategy, publishing, evaluation • Champion our verbal identity, scale our verbal standards across all channels Responsibilities • Develop the annual brand and marketing calendar, reconcile it with the commercial needs, including monthly alignment with Ecommerce, Paid Marketing and Retail • Write the briefs for brand campaigns and product launch across channels and set the evaluation criteria • Bring campaigns and product launches to life through activation across all channels, owning the dedicated brand marketing budget to maximize reach and brand affinity • Plan and drive the rollouts across channels - the right sequence, right assets, right moments - collaborating closely with commercial channel owners, and external partners (e.g. project based PR support) • Adapt campaign and product launch copy to newsletter, social and landing pages • Evaluate every campaign against brand and commercial criteria, sharing and feeding back insights to brand and commercial teams to improve the next launch • Manage owned social channels: strategy, execution, evaluation • Support scaling of on-brand always-on content by developing verbal standards for commercial teams and channels Profile You are deeply analytical but possess exceptional aesthetic taste. You can comfortably debate ROAS, CAC, and retention metrics with the performance team, then turn around and hold a nuanced discussion about typography, tone, and brand narrative. • 4–7 years of experience with a proven track record in brand marketing, product marketing, campaign management or marketing project management, preferably within a premium consumer brand • Relevant academic education (e.g. business, marketing, communications) • Creative, analytical and curious — evaluates own work, reads what the performance data says, and uses it to sharpen the next launch • Natively fluent in social. You use the platforms you'd be publishing on, have opinions on formats, and know what makes someone stop • Hands-on and happy to be so — this role plans and publishes, it doesn't delegate the channel • A strong, evocative writer. While you don't need a pure advertising portfolio, you must possess a sharp grasp of consumer psychology and emotional tone. You can gracefully adapt a single product narrative into a high-converting social hook • A keen eye for brand and creative quality, with the judgement to hold a standard and give clear direction to creatives, channel owners and external partners • Driven self-starter with a high willingness to learn, develop, and take on more responsibility • Fluent in English, written and verbally • Experience in tools such as Klaviyo, Meta Ads Manager, Asana, Canva or similar is considered an advantage • Experience working with AI technologies or leveraging AI tools to improve productivity and decision-making is considered an advantage Hiring process • Application screening throughout September • Interviews in September-October • Start date January-February 2027
