Les missions que vous serez amené(e) à réaliser : • Coordination de projets : Aide à la coordination des projets parfums et hallmarks de l’équipe Ralph Lauren Fragrances. • Veille & Analyse : Réalisation d'analyses et de veilles concurrentielles (suivi des ventes, nouveautés, lancements et tendances parfums, notamment sur TikTok). • Rédaction & Éditorial : Aide à la rédaction des textes olfactifs (E-commerce, pages produits et cartelettes d'échantillons). • Logistique & Opérations : Gestion des stocks et des expéditions de fioles de parfum. • Développement & Packaging : Élaboration et coordination des maquettes pour les futurs lancements (parfums, coffrets et GWP) : validation des couleurs de jus et d'étuis, finitions packaging, et respect des réglementations légales et scientifiques. Votre profil : • Formation : Étudiant(e) en niveau Bac+3 (3ème année de Licence, Bachelor en École de Commerce, ou BUT). • Langues : Maîtrise courante du français et de l'anglais (indispensable pour interagir avec nos équipes internationales). • Compétences clés : Bonnes notions en gestion de projets marketing, sens de l'organisation et aisance avec le Pack Office (Excel et PowerPoint). • Savoir-être : Esprit d'analyse et de synthèse, rigueur, proactivité, curiosité pour l'univers du parfum haut de gamme et excellent sens relationnel. The missions you may be assigned: • Project Coordination: Support in coordinating fragrance and hallmark projects for the Ralph Lauren Fragrances team. • Market Research & Analysis: Conducting analyses and competitive monitoring (tracking sales, new launches, and fragrance trends, especially on TikTok). • Editorial & Copywriting: Assisting with the drafting of olfactory descriptions (e-commerce, product pages, and sample cards). • Logistics & Operations: Managing inventory and shipping of perfume vials. • Development & Packaging: Developing and coordinating mock-ups for future fragrance launches, sets, and GWPs (validating juice and carton colors, packaging finishes, and compliance with legal and scientific regulations). Your profile: • Education: Bac+3 student (3rd year of Licence, Business School Bachelor, or BUT). • Languages: Fluent in both English and French (English is essential to collaborate with international teams). • Key Skills: Strong understanding of marketing project management, organizational skills, and proficiency with the MS Office Suite (Excel and PowerPoint). • Soft Skills: Strong analytical and synthesis skills, rigor, proactivity, curiosity for the high-end fragrance industry, and excellent interpersonal skills.
