YOU WILL BE: We are seeking an analytical, trend-attuned Brand Strategy Analyst to shape the positioning and performance of our multi-brand luxury portfolio, inclusive of Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus and Bergdorf Goodman. In this role, you will operate at the intersection of luxury fashion, consumer insights, and retail analytics. You will evaluate brand performance, uncover high-net-worth consumer behaviors, analyze complex retail data sets and translate market trends into actionable commercial and brand strategies. The ideal candidate blends rigorous data analysis with a deep passion for the luxury, fashion, and lifestyle sectors—bringing the critical thinking and narrative clarity needed to influence merchandising, marketing, and client experience teams. YOU WILL DO: Market & Consumer Insights: • Monitor and analyze macro market trends, competitive shifts, and industry benchmarks to identify emerging brand opportunities and risks. • Maintain a close understanding of changing consumer trends, demand in luxury fashion. • Support the design and execution of primary research initiatives (surveys, focus groups, customer interviews) and synthesize secondary research. • Analyze and synthesize actionable insights from large sets of qualitative and quantitative data. • Provide strategic recommendations based on insights to optimize brand, marketing & creative initiatives. Team Support & Collaboration: • Work closely with brand strategy team members and collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchandising, digital, stores, and creative to support brand initiatives and campaigns. • Communicate effectively across teams to ensure seamless execution of brand projects and initiatives. Brand Vision, Purpose & Positioning Support: • Support the execution of brand vision, purpose, and positioning for Saks Fifth Avenue, Neiman Marcus, and Bergdorf Goodman, ensuring consistency across all marketing and customer-facing channels. • Collaborate with cross functional partners to refine brand expression and ensure alignment with the brands’ unique identities, values, and market opportunities. • Ensure that brand positioning is consistently reflected across all internal and external communications, campaigns, and touchpoints through regular audits of touchpoints. Brand Strategy Implementation: • Support the execution of integrated brand strategies that drive customer engagement, awareness, and loyalty for Saks, Neiman Marcus, or Bergdorf Goodman. • Support the delivery of strategic insights to inform cross-functional programs, designed to elevate the brands’ presence and engage key customer segments. • Participate in the development of creative briefs and ensure campaigns align with the overarching business & brand strategy.
