WE APPRECIATE IN OUR EMPLOYEES: • 1+ months working in a sports or fashion retail environment. • Knowledge of store KPIs and tools to interpret those to drive sales. • Effective customer service and sales skills. • Being a team player, resilience, eager to learn & curious. • Good communications skills in English. YOUR ACTIVITIES: • Be a brand ambassador by connecting, engaging, and inspiring our customers in alignment with our adidas values. • Work collaboratively and drive sales by supporting merchandise management (deliveries and replenishment) to win together as a team to achieve store goals. • Take ownership and be proactive in your own learning by completing all applicable training and effectively applying them on the shop floor. #ItStartsWithYou
