What you'll be doing Drive the commercial expansion of fashion brands across Egypt by identifying new wholesale opportunities, building strategic retail partnerships, and expanding distribution channels. The role will focus on market development, client relationships, lead generation, and commercial opportunities, while coordinating closely with the UAE Wholesale & Operations teams. Key Responsibilities • Identify and develop new wholesale and distribution opportunities across Egypt, including department stores, concept stores, multi-brand retailers, and showrooms. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, buyers, distributors, and industry stakeholders. • Conduct market research and trend analysis to identify new markets, locations, retail concepts, and commercial opportunities. • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients and business opportunities, from initial lead generation through to commercial closure. • Support the development of commercial proposals and business cases. • Coordinate closely with the UAE Wholesale and Operations teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed business opportunities. • Support commercial negotiations and contribute to securing profitable partnerships and deals. • Monitor sales performance, pipeline progress, and key account activity, using data to identify growth opportunities. • Maintain a strong understanding of the Egyptian fashion retail landscape, market trends, competitors, and consumer dynamics. • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and regional teams on brand expansion initiatives. • Ensure strong follow-up, organization, and communication across all internal and external stakeholders. What you’ll need to succeed • 3–4 years’ experience in fashion retail: wholesale, business development, or commercial roles. • Luxury/premium fashion experience preferred. • Strong network within the Egyptian fashion market. • Strong knowledge of retail landscapes, trends and key markets across Egypt. • Proven business development, negotiation and relationship-building skills. • Strong commercial and financial acumen with excellent Excel/PowerPoint skills. • Energetic, proactive, organized and highly communicative. • Fluent in English.
