• Sales Assistant • Fixed-term contract until end of December 2026 • Start date : ASAP • 2 months probationary period • 22 hours per week • Salary: Fixlohn ab 25 CHF brutto / Stunde + Bonus on objectives • German Language min B2 Your Responsibilities: • Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized advice and upselling • Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately • Meet and exceed sales KPIs and targets • Develop and maintain the customer database (CRM) • Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring store layout and product displays align with brand standards under the guidance of the shop manager What We Offer: • Fixed salary (based on profile) • Monthly performance-based bonus (linked to store targets as well as qualitative criteria) • Seasonal wardrobe • Employee discount About You: You have a strong passion for fashion and exceptional customer service .
