About the Role: As a Manager in Training, you’ll work alongside your Store Manager to coach and lead a sales team while delivering exceptional in-store experiences. You’ll be hands-on in day-to-day operations, driving KPIs, and helping create a vibrant, high-performing team culture. What You’ll Be Doing: • Supporting the Store Manager with team leadership, coaching, and performance • Delivering exceptional customer experiences through storytelling and product expertise • Achieving personal sales targets while guiding the team to meet store goals • Championing our brand through impeccable visual merchandising and store presentation • Contributing to stock control, cash handling, rostering, compliance and store audits • Creating a safe, inclusive, and inspiring workplace for your team and customers • Leading by example in customer service, professionalism, and personal presentation What We’re Looking For: You're passionate about people, performance, and jewellery.
