About the role As Social Marketing Activation Barebells , you will be responsible for Barebells digital brand presence in Spain. You will translate business objectives into creative social media strategies and activations that grow the brand and engage our audience. Your main focus will be organic social media and Creator Marketing, building a strong and relevant social presence for Barebells in Spain. You will develop a continuous flow of UGC and creator content , making sure we create content that works organically while also supporting broader digital initiatives such as Paid Social and D2C. Working closely with local and global teams, you will play an important role in bringing campaigns and product launches to life in the Spanish market. What you will do • Develop and execute the Social and Activation strategy for Barebells in Spain, with a strong focus on organic social media and Creator Marketing • Own and continuously develop Barebells presence across relevant social media platforms, including our content strategy and key content pillars • Develop and drive Creator Marketing initiatives and build relevant creator partnerships • Develop and manage social campaigns, activations and product launches from idea to execution, managing timelines, stakeholders and deliverables across a fast-paced launch calendar • Ensure our social and creator content works organically while also supporting Paid Social and D2C initiatives, in close collaboration with the global teams responsible for these channels • Analyse platform and performance data, stay on top of social, consumer and platform trends and turn insights into relevant activations and improvements • Collaborate closely with Brand Management, Sales, E-Commerce and the Global Marketing Team Who you are We are looking for someone who combines creativity with a strong understanding of brands and what makes them relevant in a fast-moving social landscape. You are proactive, structured and comfortable taking ownership of your work . With several campaigns and launches running in parallel, you know how to keep projects moving and enjoy collaborating with both local and global teams. You are also analytical and curious about what drives performance, with an understanding of how strong organic and creator content can support both Paid Social and broader digital initiatives. We believe you have: • 3–4 years of experience within Social Media and/or Brand Activation • Experience developing and executing successful social-first strategies • A strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram and organic social media • Experience in Creator Marketing, UGC and building creator partnerships • An understanding of Paid Social and what makes content relevant and effective for paid channels • Strong project management skills and experience managing campaigns or launches from idea to execution • Confidence working with KPIs and performance data • Fluency in Spanish and English How to Apply Application deadline: October 2nd 2026 We review applications on an ongoing basis and may fill the position before the application deadline.
