To strengthen our Central Europe Marketing Team, we are looking for a passionate and entrepreneurial Marketing Coordinator who will drive media campaigns and wholesale activations across the region, helping to shape memorable brand experiences and elevate the visibility of TAG Heuer. Your Mission As part of the Central Europe Marketing Team, you will take ownership of marketing initiatives across media and wholesale channels. From campaign planning to execution and performance analysis, you will play a key role in bringing the TAG Heuer brand to life and driving impactful consumer engagement. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Media & Campaigns • Drive the execution of integrated media campaigns across digital, social, video, print and out-of-home channels • Manage campaign timelines, deliverables and stakeholder alignment from briefing to launch • Partner with media agencies to optimize campaign performance and maximize brand visibility • Analyze campaign results, identify insights and provide recommendations for future activations • Manage marketing assets and ensure best-in-class execution across all channels • Contribute to annual media planning and strategic marketing initiatives Wholesale Activations & Events • Lead the implementation of wholesale marketing activations and partner campaigns across Central Europe • Develop and execute local event concepts that strengthen brand visibility and consumer engagement • Manage external suppliers and agencies to ensure seamless delivery of activations and events • Drive the creation and deployment of marketing assets and activation toolkits for wholesale partners • Identify opportunities to enhance consumer experiences and elevate brand presence at partner locations • Measure activation effectiveness and translate learnings into actionable recommendations Cross-Functional Collaboration • Build strong relationships with HQ teams, agencies, suppliers and wholesale partners • Take ownership of multiple projects simultaneously and ensure on-time delivery • Collaborate across departments to deliver impactful marketing initiatives • Actively contribute ideas that support brand growth, innovation and marketing excellence Your Profile Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or a related field First professional experience in Marketing, Media, Events, Luxury, Lifestyle or Consumer Brands Strong project management and organizational skills Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach Strong analytical skills and affinity for performance-driven marketing Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Passion for luxury, sports, lifestyle and creating exceptional brand experiences Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel Why TAG Heuer? • Be part of an iconic Swiss luxury Maison within the LVMH Group • Work on global campaigns, prestigious partnerships and premium events • Join a dynamic, international and high-performing team • Take ownership, make an impact and grow your career in luxury marketing • Great Benefits like Jobbike, Wellpass, Pluxees and much more TAG HEUER – DESIGNED TO WIN
