We’re looking for a Junior Client Service Specialist B2C to ensure an outstanding customer experience and seamless handling of customer inquiries. This is your chance to take ownership of key service processes, support our customers with professionalism and care, and help maintain the high-quality service standards that define the Swarovski brand. About the Job In this position, your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: • Providing first-level support for administrative queries from Retail Stores across Central Europe, Turkey, and Greece (e.g. queries related to systems such as EPOS and FIORI, missing or damaged parcels and POS materials, product availability, stock movements, returns, invoices, etc.) • Managing orders in SAP, including order entry and backorder processing, for samples, PR events, visual merchandising materials, packaging, and spare parts • Performing invoicing activities, audits, and operational controls • Supporting stock adjustments, transfers, write-offs, and other inventory-related activities • Providing guidance and support on systems, processes, and operational activities for Retail Stores • Coordinating operational activities related to product deliveries, returns, and transfers • Supporting the setup and maintenance of promotional campaigns and commercial initiatives • Preparing recurring and ad hoc operational reports About You We are looking for a motivated talent, who brings along the following background: • Strong organizational and coordination skills • Analytical mindset with attention to detail • Good communication and stakeholder management abilities • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment • Proactive, solution-oriented, and customer-focused approach • Fluent English required • Working experience in SAP system is a plus • Experience in Retail Operations, Sales Operations, Client Service, Supply Chain is a plus • Microsoft Excel is an advantage What We Offer You can expect a range of benefits, including: • Learning and career development programs to help you grow • A global employee assistance program offering support in the areas of mental, physical, and emotional health, managerial support as well as financial and legal matters • Hybrid and flexible work options to support your work-life balance • Paid volunteering leave to support causes that matter to you • Exclusive employee discounts on Swarovski products • Private medical coverage • Life insurance • MyBenefit program • Employee social fund To ensure clarity and fairness, we share salary information via email with candidates invited for interviews.
