Provides support on styles, product characteristics and trends. Speciality Description - Client Advisor: Advises our customers during the buying journey. Presents the collection using brand standards. Follows company values as the visible face of the brand. Contributes to reaching sales targets and enhances customer satisfaction. There are specific Jewelry Client Advisor Job Profiles for roles selling jewelry and watches. Job Description The candidate will manage client relations and identify customer needs, in order to ensure that each customer receives an excellent and professional service throughout. The ideal candidate will act as a B rand Ambassador and will spread the values and the philosophy of our brand, with the end result of maximizing sales. Competences & main skills: • Strong experience in the same position, gained in a very customer service focused environment, and with a genuine passion for luxury • Communication skills and Interpersonal sensitivity • Negotiation • Customer orientation • Integrity • Entrepreneurship • Positive attitude, enthusiastic and team oriented; well-integrated in the social environment • networking • Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English; Knowledge of any other language is greatly appreciated • Good knowledge of MS Office and Outlook is also required.
