Description
As an Assistant Boutique Manager at Pomellato Ginza, you will support the Boutique Manager in driving sales performance, delivering an exceptional client experience, and ensuring the smooth daily operations of the boutique. You will act as a brand ambassador, embodying Pomellato’s Italian craftsmanship, contemporary elegance, and client-centric approach, while contributing to the development of a high-performing team. How You Will Contribute 1. Sales & Business Performance • Support the achievement of sales targets and KPIs through effective floor management and client engagement • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly business performance and support action plan implementation • Contribute to CRM initiatives and clienteling strategies to maximize client retention and repeat business • Actively participate in key sales moments and lead by example on the shop floor 2. Client Experience & Brand Representation • Deliver a consistent, high-end luxury experience aligned with Pomellato brand values • Build and nurture strong relationships with VIP and local clients • Support in-store events, client activations, and private appointments • Ensure storytelling of Pomellato’s heritage, craftsmanship, and collections 3. Team Leadership & Development • Assist the Boutique Manager in coaching, motivating, and developing the boutique team • Monitor team performance and provide real-time feedback on the floor • Support onboarding and training of new staff to ensure service excellence • Foster a positive, collaborative, and client-focused team culture 4. Operations & Compliance • Ensure daily boutique operations run smoothly in line with company policies and procedures • Supervise stock management, inventory control, and product availability • Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique presentation • Support reporting, administration, and communication with HQ and stakeholders Who You Are • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail, preferably in jewelry or high-end fashion • Proven experience in clienteling and achieving sales targets • Strong leadership potential with the ability to motivate and influence teams • Excellent communication skills in Japanese; English is a plus • Client-centric mindset with strong attention to detail • Flexible and proactive, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
