Summary Job Family Group Description - Sales: This Job Family Group combines all positions within the different sales channels: retail, wholesale and e-commerce. Also includes all activities to support store management. Job Family Description - Wholesale: Enhances relationships with key partners and suggests a partner distribution/target list. Monitors sales KPIs to ensure that partners are achieving maximum sales potential. Guarantees stock in wholesale partners while managing the order and delivery process. Job Description Key Responsibilities 1. Wholesale Business Support • 取引先からの問い合わせ対応 • オーダー関連業務（在庫確認、進捗管理、社内調整） • 製品出荷管理（イタリア出荷状況確認、国内倉庫への出荷指示、出荷データ管理、顧客連絡） • 備品・販促物の出荷管理 • 売上データ、各種レポートおよび資料作成 • Wholesaleイベントおよびプロモーションの運営サポート • 新規店舗オープン、リニューアル、閉店に伴う各種手配およびオペレーション支援 • 経費精算、Esker申請、請求書処理、新規ベンダー登録サポート 2. GAISHO Business Support • 百貨店外商担当者および銀座ブティックからの問い合わせ対応 • 外商取引に関する契約書・申請書類作成サポート • 百貨店から依頼される各種提出書類の作成および管理 • 売上関連データ・レポート作成 • 製品出荷および納品に関するオペレーションサポート • イベント、顧客施策、販促活動の実施支援 • 請求書管理およびベンダー関連手続きサポート Key Relationships Internal • Retail Wholesale Team • Retail Team • Supply Chain • Finance / Accounting • Marketing • Customer Service External • 百貨店 • Wholesale取引先 • ベンダー Qualifications & Experience • 営業アシスタント、セールスサポート、カスタマーサービス等の実務経験3年以上 • ラグジュアリー、ファッション、リテール業界経験があれば尚可 • Microsoft Office（Excel、PowerPoint、Word）の実務レベルスキル • データ管理・レポーティング経験 • ERPシステムや経費精算システム使用経験があれば尚可 Competencies • 高いコミュニケーション能力 • マルチタスク能力と優れた優先順位管理スキル • 正確性と細部への注意力 • チームワークおよび関係構築力 • 自発的に課題を発見し解決する力 • 柔軟性と変化対応力 Languages • 日本語：ネイティブレベル • 英語：読み書きおよび基本的なコミュニケーションができるレベル Job Type Regular Start Date 2026-10-01 Schedule Full time Organization POMELLATO JAPAN CO.
