RESPONSIBILITIES • Support the day-to-day management of wholesale accounts, including order follow-up, product questions, and account requests. • Assist with seasonal buy processes, order entry, and purchase order management, ensuring accuracy across internal systems. • Help prepare account reports and track sell-in and sell-through performance. • Support the identification of reorder and account growth opportunities. • Assist with the organisation of market weeks, showroom appointments, and trunk shows. • Coordinate with logistics, finance, and marketing teams to support smooth order fulfilment and partner communication. • Support the onboarding of new accounts, including account research and regional market analysis. • Prepare sales tools, product information, and other materials for wholesale appointments and partner meetings. • Contribute to general administrative and operational tasks within the Global Wholesale team. Please send your CV to : [email protected] REQUIREMENTS • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in fashion, business, marketing, or a related field. • Previous internship or work experience in wholesale, retail, sales, or a similar environment is a plus. • Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail. • Comfortable working with Excel and Google Sheets. • Fluent in spoken and written English and French; Italian is a plus. • A genuine interest in luxury fashion, retail, and the commercial side of the industry. • Available to work in Paris for the duration of the internship.
