If you enjoy working in a creative, fast-paced environment, then we would love to hear from you! — Job Title: Vice President, Logistics & Distribution - EMEA Location: TBD Division: Capri Reporting to: SVP, Global Supply Chain Who You Are: The Vice President, Logistics & Distribution – EMEA is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end distribution of product across Europe, from entry into the region through delivery to the final customer, supporting all distribution channels (e-commerce, wholesale, and retail) across Capri brands in EMEA. Acting as an internal fourth-party logistics (4PL) leader, this role provides strategic logistics and distribution services to the brands and is accountable for multi-brand distribution center operations, outbound transportation, and key supplier partnerships, including temporary labor providers, third-party logistics partners, and freight carriers. The Vice President serves as a trusted business partner to regional brand leadership, combining strong business acumen with a highly collaborative approach to support brand strategies, accelerate growth, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This leader builds strong cross-functional relationships, promotes open communication, and creates alignment across diverse teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals. What You’ll Do: • Manage logistics and distribution operations for EMEA Distribution Centers and Transportation to advance performance and processes. • Lead the development and execution of strategic plans to deliver service and performance, to support the brand strategy. • Oversee 1 warehouse across multi brands, outbound transport, inventory, order fulfilment, and facility maintenance for the Capri Brands across EMEA • Oversee Customer Service for Michael Kors EMEA • Manage day-to-day operations including internal and external partners, 4PL. • Develop and implement best practices to drive efficiency, reduce cost, and improve services with contracted carriers, brokers, and drayage operations. • Provide recommendations to the S&OP/S&OE and participate in S&OP/S&OE meetings to ensure Logistics capacity and resources are planned to support the commercial plans. • Provide strong partnership and communication to the Business leadership, supporting the brand growth and delivering efficient service to the customer. • Acts as the Supply Chain lead for Michael Kors EMEA. • Plan and execute for peak season success and optimize a customer centric focus. • Foster a high performance and results driven culture through KPIs, key metrics and goals. • Leverage analytics to identify areas of opportunity, and to deliver measurable results that align with our strategy. • Set and manage resource and expense budgets with finance team to ensure budgets are aligned and develop staffing models. • Partner with Distribution leaders and Loss Prevention team to provide support for safety and security within the DCs. • Partner with the other Capri Supply Chain leaders and business leaders to gain information and insight, build strong working relationships, shape the operations strategy, and achieve results aligned with corporate and functional objectives. • Serve as logistics leader and source of expertise while working closely with other functions across the organization. Organization: Team Structure and Key Relationships Direct reports: • Director, DC Operations Venlo, Netherlands • Senior Manager, Outbound Transportation & Customer Service Key Relationship: • Vice President, Customer Service - Michael Kors/North America • Senior Director, Logistics - Jimmy Choo • Vice President, International Logistics • Vice President, Supply Chain Planning • President, Michael Kors EMEA • Supply Chain Finance Partners • Senior Director, Supply Chain Strategy & Excellence • Vice President, Customer Service - EMEA • You’ll Need to Have: • Bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in supply chain management , transportation, economics, business administration, project management, or a similar field. • Minimal of 15 years of experience within the Logistics and Operations space driving. • Experience in in the Retail / Fashion Industry preferred. • Management of a global organization with logistics and /or transportation budget responsibilities. • Strong data analytical skills: ability to consume and interpret metrics and data to make sound business conclusions. • Proven ability to consistently deliver on KPIs. • Strong business acumen, with collaboration skills and excellent ability to communicate with commercial leaders • Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or other Process Improvement Methodology. • Experience managing global resources and working in a matrix environment. • Extensive knowledge and experience with managing complex channel analytics from concept to successful implementation. • Technical and applied understanding of logistics software and warehouse management systems. • Flexibility to travel and work in office (hybrid schedule) Leadership & Approach: • Proven track record as a leader who remains calm under pressure, solves problems and resolves conflicts to achieve a positive outcome. • Demonstrated experience in building and implementing strategies that support regional business needs while aligning with the global supply chain strategy. Comfortable driving change and making recommendations on continuous process/procedure improvements through partnership with business partners. • Strong planning and analytical skills, including ability to anticipate issues to address. • Demonstrated ability to analyze information and identify trends. • Metrics-oriented, knowing what to measure and how. You draw insights from data to understand where performance is strong and where there are opportunities to improve. • Excellent communication skills: verbal, written and ability to effectively communicate and build relationships across the organization globally. • Ability to lead, influence and manage business partners and large teams of associates. • Strong project and process planning skills and budgeting experience. • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, “self-starter” environment. • Develop engaged and high-performance teams within our operations. • Foster an environment of cross-functional collaboration grounded in open and transparent communication.
