We are searching for an exceptional Flagship Assistant Manager at our new MECCA Bourke St store ! As the Flagship Assistant Manager, you’ll support our Flagship Manager in operating MECCA’s largest store to date. Your ability to drive results through your exceptional team will be key to your success as Assistant Flagship Manager. Day-to-day responsibilities: As a Flagship Assistant Manager , you will work on a full-time basis. This will include shifts across late night and weekend peak trade, working alternate weekends on a 9day fortnight rotation. • Work with the Flagship Manager to review customer experience data, identify successes and areas for improvement, and implement effective changes through feedback and coaching to drive continuous improvement. • Uphold MECCA Magic standards by consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences, regularly observing interactions, and confidently coaching team members on MECCA’s customer service standards. • Work closely with the Flagship Manager to build a high-performing team, providing leadership and development to Trading & Assistant Trading Managers while fostering a positive workplace culture in line with MECCA’s values and utilizing MECCA Pulse feedback to support continuous improvement in team member experience. • Contribute to overall store performance by identifying actions to improve key performance indicators and drive initiatives to enhance store operations and customer satisfaction. • Collaborate with the Flagship Operations Manager to deliver operational excellence in store across stock maintenance, visual merchandising, loss prevention, safety and hygiene.
