Description
You will join the LVMH Beauty Division HR team and report to the HR Transformation and Engagement Director. In this role, you will support strategic HR projects and events focused on early-career Talents, including students, graduates, and early-career professionals. The scope is international and cross-functional, with exposure to different regions, Maisons, business sectors, and functions across the Group. As part of this internship, you will: • Support the deployment of early-career Talent initiatives, including development programs, events, HR communication, and community activities • Help improve existing programs within the Beauty Division through work on candidate experience, HR systems, provider coordination, planning, and feedback analysis • Coordinate parts of the Talent Development agenda, including meetings, events, and follow-up with Maisons, regions, and Group teams • Contribute to sharing best practices across Maisons and support benchmark and mapping exercises • Support broader Talent Development projects within the Beauty Division HR roadmap, including topics such as employer attractiveness, Talent programs, data, and AI-related initiatives • Help animate stakeholder communities and committees, including graduates, mentors, managers, and HR teams • Work with internal and external partners to keep projects aligned with timelines and LVMH standards • Support day-to-day team operations, including reporting, KPI tracking, schedule coordination, database updates, surveys, HR administrative support, and PowerPoint presentations This internship gives broad exposure to Talent Development in a highly international and matrix environment. It is a good opportunity to understand how HR projects are launched and managed at Group and Division level, while developing coordination, stakeholder management, communication, and reporting skills. Start: January 2027 Duration: 6 months Location: Neuilly-sur-Seine We are looking for: Master 2 student Strong interest in HR, people topics, and the luxury sector Fluent English required, with French at least at intermediate level Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in an international environment Organized, rigorous, and able to manage several topics in parallel Agile, proactive, solution-oriented, and digitally confident Strong interpersonal skills and ease in building connections LVMH states that all Talents are recognized and recruited inclusively.
