Job Description 职位描述： 1、 Support team (Product Marketing、PR & Communications、EC、Training、AIC、Sustainability、HR) on daily operation 支持部门团队（市场营销，公关传播，电子商务，培训、亚洲研发中心、可持续发展、人力资源）的日常运营工作 2、 Assistant team on insight sharing, performance tracking and analysis 协助团队进行洞察分析，绩效跟踪和数据分析 3、 Support team on daily admin work 协助团队的日常行政工作 4、 Other hoc work 其他工作安排 5、 Based in Shanghai 工作地点上海办公室 Requirements 任职要求： 1、Have a good sense of business, integrity, responsibility, passion to beauty 具有良好的商业意识，诚信，有责任心，对美妆行业充满热情 2、Willing to learn and work under pressure with fast speed 愿意在压力下快速学习和高效工作 3、Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint 熟练使用Word, Excel, PowerPoint等办公软件 4、Excellent English skill in reading and writing 优秀的英语读写能力 5、4-5 days per week，4-6 months cyclicality 每周可实习4-5天，实习周期4-6个月
