A Day in the Life You will drive the technical execution for the L’Oréal GPT and some of our Employee AI Workstation products at So Tech. Working alongside a co-lead, you are the structural anchor of the pod - the one who ensures the architecture is sound, secure, and reliably delivered. • Own the rigorous execution of our technical architecture (including AI Gateway and MCP Gateway) with minimal need for supervision. • Enforce strict quality and security standards equally across all components, ensuring full compliance with Key IT Controls and AI Guardrails. • Anticipate technical risks and system vulnerabilities deliberately, stopping issues before they become live incidents. • Deconstruct complex skills-agent architecture problems into clear, logical steps. • Take absolute ownership of technical debt, code quality, and delivery commitments. • Step in to troubleshoot and resolve deep technical issues when the system requires it.
