Administrative Assistant Location: Dallas Distribution, USA | Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Hello, we’re L’Oréal. A Day in the Life Reporting to Damon Spencer at our Dallas Distribution Center within the Consumer Products Division, you will play a key role in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. Timekeeping & Payroll: Manage daily employee hours, code hours accurately, and complete weekly payroll. Procurement & Budgeting: Submit purchase orders, manage department expenses, and coordinate with accounts payable. Site Administration: Organize files, distribute safety vouchers, order office/PPE supplies, and coordinate meals and events. We Are Looking For We are looking for an organized, proactive collaborator with great communication skills and a high school diploma. You can explore the 5 core skills needed for this role in the L'Oréal Skills Library : Information Management: Organizing files and managing timekeeping systems. Operational Efficiency: Managing POs, budgets, and supplies. Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinating visitors, events, and vendor relations. Effective Communication: Interacting across all levels of management. Digital Literacy: Utilizing MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
