Job Description We are currently seeking a dedicated Customer Consultant to be part of our dynamic customer service team in Shanghai. You will be joining a team of young, international professionals from many different countries. Our customers are carefully selected opticians in more than 130 countries, and they are at the heart of our success. Supporting them with information about our products and solutions is an essential part of our daily focus. You will have a central role in providing world-class customer service to these customers. We provide a thorough training of our products, customer service policies, and in CRM and SAP, which along with the phone, will be your most important work tool. How you will contribute Based on your advanced language skills, your main responsibilities will include: • customer service and product consulting via phone and e-mail • processing and registration of orders • following-up on customer inquiries • processing of claims Who you are We are looking for someone with the following qualifications: • fluent in English and Mandarin. Any additional languages will be considered an advantage • has a positive and outgoing personality with a high level of loyalty and responsibility • takes pride in providing outstanding customer service • has strong communication and interpersonal skills • is comfortable with multi-tasking Why work with us?
