The successful candidate will be part of the Casa Division – Customer Care Department . Job description The selected candidate will be part of the Casa Division Wholesale Function and will report directly to the Customer Care Manager . The role is responsible for managing commercial relationships and supporting the development of the European wholesale client portfolio, ensuring excellence in service and strong commercial execution. Key responsibilities • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the European market • Manage and nurture daily relationships with wholesale clients, ensuring effective and timely communication • Oversee onboarding and activation of new wholesale partners • Coordinate the full order lifecycle, from collection to delivery • Liaise with internal departments (Pricing, Legal, Operations, Customer Care, Finance, Area Managers) to ensure smooth processes and service quality • Support the execution of strategic commercial projects for the Casa Division • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in order management and reporting activities • Collaborate cross-functionally, maintaining strong alignment with all stakeholders Requirements • Previous experience in wholesale, account management or sales roles • Knowledge of CRM systems, digital tools and MS Office • Experience in the luxury, design, or lifestyle sector is a plus • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Team-oriented mindset with strong collaboration skills • Proactivity, flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment • Fluency in English Offer Contract type : Permanent contract Working hours : Full-time Work mode : On-site Applicable Collective Agreement (CCNL) : Tessile Abbigliamento Industria Indicative salary : starting from €50.000 Benefits : Meal vouchers, clothing allowance (based on internal policy)
