Job Description – Sales Advisor Damiani Boutique – Galería Canalejas | Madrid About Damiani Damiani is one of Italy's most prestigious luxury jewelry Houses, renowned worldwide for its exceptional craftsmanship, timeless elegance, and excellence in fine jewelry. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Sales Advisor to join our boutique at Galería Canalejas, Madrid , delivering an outstanding luxury experience to an international clientele. Key Responsibilities • Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience, ensuring the highest standards of luxury service. • Develop strong relationships with local and international clients through proactive clienteling and CRM activities. • Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets and KPI objectives. • Present and sell Damiani's Fine Jewelry and Luxury Timepieces, sharing the Maison's heritage, craftsmanship, and product expertise. • Identify clients' needs and provide tailored recommendations to create memorable shopping experiences. • Support after-sales service and follow-up to ensure long-term client satisfaction and loyalty. • Maintain the boutique's visual merchandising standards and ensure products are presented according to the Maison's guidelines. • Contribute to inventory management, stock organization, and operational excellence. • Work collaboratively with the boutique team to achieve business goals and uphold Damiani's values and image. Profile • Minimum 3–5 years' experience in Luxury Retail, preferably within Fine Jewelry, High-End Watches, or Luxury Fashion . • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and delivering outstanding customer service. • Strong clienteling skills with the ability to build long-lasting relationships with high-net-worth and international clients. • Passion for luxury, craftsmanship, and exceptional service. • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills. • Professional appearance with impeccable etiquette and attention to detail. • Proactive, results-driven, and team-oriented mindset. • Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools. Qualifications • Previous experience in Fine Jewelry or Luxury Watch retail is highly preferred. • Fluency in Spanish and English is required. • Italian is considered a plus. • Additional languages such as Arabic, Mandarin, French, or Russian will be considered an advantage.
