MISSION & OBJECTIVES - Manage & Control of the sales performance for the boutique - Service Orientation & Clienteling - Recruitment, Retention and development of the team - Ensure an effective store management with all operation standards are aligned with the brand - Effective communication and cooperation with direct report and all other HQ functions KEY RESPONSIBILITIES： Manage & Control of the sales performance for the boutique a) Store presentation & brand image • Ensure a ultimate luxury store ambience(inside and outside) according to Dior standards, attention to details within the retail environment • Act as a brand ambassador, respect & represent the brand image • Ensure the display of merchandise, to enhance the collection prestige by following Visual Merchandising guidelines b) Sales development • Understand the local market environment & competitors (products, new launch, event…), always attention to the fashion trend. • Propose action plan for boutique based on boutique ‘s sales performance analysis and by studying the KPIs (SWOT) • Animate boutique by developing a selling strategy in consistency with the launch and animation strategies of the brand. • Manage VIP customers and participate in high value sales. • Understand & execute Dior’s sales policy (authorize requests for discounts or other special offers). • Build up connections & maintain relationships with the Landlords. Service Orientation & Clienteling a) Customer relationship • Maintain a dense network of relationships in different circles with potential brand customers and catch opportunities to recruit new customers. (Social event, city event…) • Maintain perfect knowledge of already established customers, anticipate their expectations and build loyalty • Establish and implement action plans in cooperation with Retail head, to develop sales for each product category and clientele. • Be able to delight and surprise the clients at every visit, in order to create real luxury journey in Dior, aim to exceed customers’ expectations through excellent connections with customers. b) Event & Show • Support & Organize clients’ invitations to key image event, in store events or Trunk shows. Recruitment, Retention and development of the team a) Recruitment • Participate in the recruitment of team members. • Organize and monitor the integration of new team member and provide them with training. b) Management • Guarantee the team’s presentation: body language, verbal communication and behavior while respecting Dior’s practice (wearing of uniform, makeup, hair style, observance of zoning). • Organization chart of boutique by department with responsible team leaders and succession plans in each department. Define and control the distribution of tasks and assignments within the team. • Implement and monitor work schedules for daily activities and proper store presentation in order to ensure an optimal balance between resources and store traffic. • Encourage exchanges of ideas among team, promote and maintain harmonious staff relations. c) Development and Retention • Define goals and priorities according to action plan and KPIs (individually and collectively). • Periodically evaluate performance (weekly, monthly/yearly) by paying particular attention to action plans and follow ups. • Promote communication of information. • Conduct the daily briefings in order to convey energy and help to focus the team on goals/objectives. • Observe teams in the field and organize regular sales assistant coaching sessions. • Identify training needs and enroll teams in different training modules accordingly. • Monitor acquisition of knowledge and techniques as well as changes in behavior, refocusing the team if necessary. • Develop employees through on job training and coaching, to identify potential staff for specific area of expertise to further their development in order to retain the talents. • OMR needs to be done on yearly basis and individual development plan should be done for KC and DR. Ensure an effective store management with all operation standards are aligned with the brand • Ensure proper maintenance and usage of the physical property. Value the boutique architecture and decoration to internal and external persons. • Use appropriate procedures for different transactions or problems requiring attention, according to the implementation requirement and procedures of the system. Provide related training, delegation and supervision to the team. • Guarantee optimal inventory organization and tidy storage conditions, and organize regular cycle inventory counts to ensure healthy storage ( To ensure damage goods are controlled and managed) • Ensure the proper application of cash desk procedures as well as legal, fiscal and customs regulations. • Respect all the company procedures and be responsible for internal audit result, supervise and control of the monthly expenditure to ensure a healthy P&L for the boutique. • Implement and support all security measures to prevent any potential risks. Effective communication and cooperation with direct report and all other HQ functions • Consolidate and analyze boutique reports and give timely relevant feedback to the direct reports. • Analyze and communicate POS data, competitor information etc… • Ensure a bilateral communication for both the HQ functions and the boutique
