POSITION: Client Advisor long-term CONTRACT / CHINA CELINE, founded in 1945 by Céline Vipiana, is an iconic French Leather-Goods, Fashion & Couture House belonging to the LVMH Group. YOUR WORK ENVIRONMENT As Client Advisor, and part of the Retail Team, you will participate in achieving and exceeding the sales objectives, and you will be in charge of providing high standard of customer service. This experience will enable you to have good knowledge of products and brands. You will have the opportunity to learn selling skills. Your impact Daily Operations -Provide excellent level of customer service to the customers 向顾客提供卓越优质的客户服务 -Provide solutions to customers and to maximize sales by cross-selling and up-selling 为顾客提供解决方案，并最大限度提高与之相关的连带销售 -Handle customer enquires 积极回应顾客的问询 -Follow up the transaction at cashier counter 跟进店铺收银事宜 -Make follow-up calls to existing and potential customers on store event -及时将店铺活动等信息告知现有和潜在顾客 -Provide support in stock taking, replenishing and cleaning sales floor 协助完成店铺库存盘点、补货及店内营业区域清洁 -Provide support in merchandising arrivals 协助新到货品的收存工作 -Provide support for in-store events 协助店铺内举办的各类活动 -Provide support in visual merchandising and display 协助店铺内货品的视觉效果和陈列事宜 -Enforce safety, health and security rules 严格执行店铺内的保险、健康和安全规定 keys for success Education: -College degree and above 大专学历或以上 Experience: -Position requires minimum of 1 year of relevant experience 至少1年相关经验 -Retail experience preferred 零售行业经验者优先 -Experience in luxury business a plus 奢侈品行业经验者优先 Competencies: -Energetic, enthusiastic and team player 积极、热情、具有团队协作精神 -Service oriented 具备服务导向意识 -Tactful in handling customers 得体应对顾客 -Good communication skill 良好的沟通技巧 -Good fashion sense 良好的时尚感 -Independent 工作独立性强 Languages: Fluent in Mandarin with proficiency of other languages will be an advantage 熟练掌握普通话，精通其他语言者优先考虑 Workplace: China OTHER INFORMATION Potential starting date: As soon as possible OUR ENGAGEMENT CELINE is an equal opportunity employer.
