Summary Responsible for developing and reinforce data analysis to provide actionable insights for client development strategies and activities as well as to conduct both global and localized communication campaign Job Description Job Purpose Responsible for developing and reinforce data analysis to provide actionable insights for client development strategies and activities as well as to conduct both global and localized communication campaign Job Scope • Work closely with other functions to develop CRM strategies and activities based on client insights • Solid client data analysis to oversee CRM roadmap and KPIs (Regular / Ad-hoc client report) • Manage and execute client communication strategies and activities aligned with global and local directions • Manage customer database with considering local legislation and privacy policy • Customer / market research Main Job Responsibilities Client Insight • Assure and supervise the local data collection process and the DB Management • In conjunction with global CRM team and company's IT team to make sure the all the data analysis systems and platforms work smooth • Be responsible to define the reporting scope & methods and responsible to all tracking reports routine or ad-hoc delivery in high quality and timely manner • Ensure clienteling KPI setting in conjunction with Retail team and closely track and share with other departments to define the opportunity with business relevancy Client Communication Campaign • In agreement with HQ CRM team, to proceed global communication campaign: eDM, MMS, kakaotalk, etc. • Develop and share with HQ CRM team regarding local client communication plans and calendars • Ensure monitoring and managing quantitative and qualitative measurements of communication campaigns CRM/Clienteling Activities & Strategies • Design, develop, implement and monitor customer engagement initiatives (through clienteling and client outreach initiatives) to drive loyalty and repeat business across different segments of the customer base Job Type Regular Start Date 2026-08-13 Schedule Full time Organization BOTTEGA VENETA KOREA LLC
