With stores nationwide and a bold growth strategy, we’re looking for a data-driven and proactive CRM & Loyalty Coordinator to manage direct marketing campaigns, optimise customer lifecycle journeys, and support our loyalty program across Bevilles’ national footprint. Why You’ll Love It Here: • Permanent Full-Time role - 38 hours per week • Flexible work options to keep your work-life balance in check • Generous staff discounts for you & your family • A fun, inclusive, and supportive culture where your growth matters • Access to exclusive product previews and gifting initiatives What You’ll Do: • Execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push, and inbound channels • Lead campaign briefing, performance tracking, and reporting • Optimise engagement through A/B testing and audience segmentation • Support loyalty program operations and internal team education • Analyse data to reduce churn and increase customer value What You’ll Bring: • 4+ years' experience in CRM, loyalty, retention, lifecycle or direct marketing. • Experience working with CRM and marketing automation platforms, with Braze experience highly regarded. • Strong knowledge of customer segmentation, lifecycle marketing and campaign optimisation. • Experience managing loyalty programs and customer engagement initiatives. • Exceptional analytical, project management and stakeholder engagement skills. • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations or a related discipline.
