Operational Excellence & Strategy • Deliver site financial, productivity, and service targets while ensuring exceptional compliance. • Develop and execute long‑term strategies aligned to Supply Chain and corporate goals. • Lead the site development plan and ensure successful implementation of the innovation pipeline. Continuous Improvement & Safety • Champion continuous improvement using ManEx, BMOS, and continuous improvement tools. • Strengthen and embed a Zero‑Accidents Culture through proactive safety leadership. Your Profile • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field, such as Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering. • 15+ years of relevant experience, including at least 8 years in leadership roles. • Strong knowledge of TPM, WCM, IWS, and/or Lean Manufacturing. • Strong situational leadership and stakeholder management skills. • High emotional intelligence, resilience, and agility. • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to manage complex environments. • Proven experience in leading, managing, and developing high-performing teams. • Strong innovation mindset with the ability to promote teamwork and collaboration. • Effective communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization.
