PURPOSE OF THE ROLE The Global VP Partner Business, will own Avolta Advertising's strategic partnership portfolio and lead the Partnerships organization. They’ll shape and grow the most senior, most complex, and highest-value brand, agency, and platform partnerships, lead the partnership managers across hubs, and sit as a peer to the VP Global Sales with a distinct strategic mandate. Serving as a core member of the commercial leadership team, shaping strategy, structure, and growth alongside the SVP. RESPONSIBILITIES • Assists with the preparation of monthly and annual group reporting based on reports by the countries and financial service centers • Owns the strategic partnership portfolio — the largest and most complex brand, agency, and platform partnerships — and the revenue and value they generate • Leads, build, and grow the Partnerships organization across the London, Berlin, and Paris hubs; set strategy, standards, and targets • Owns holding-company master agreements and the largest multi-year joint business plans • Drives the founding-partner / Innovation Partnership Program agenda — converting strategic alliances into durable, multi-year revenue. • Holds a portfolio-level revenue and partnership-value mandate, with a clear strategic distinction from the Global Sales engine • Represents Avolta Advertising at the most senior levels with brands, holding companies, and industry bodies • Partners with the SVP and leadership on commercial strategy, pricing, and organizational design WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR • 12+ years in media/advertising commercial roles, with senior partnership leadership and team-building experience • A track record of holding company-level agreements and large, multi-year strategic partnerships • Proven leadership of a partnerships or sales organization, including hiring, developing, and scaling senior talent • Strategic, structured thinking paired with hands-on senior commercial credibility • C-suite-grade presence and the ability to shape strategy at leadership level.
