We're thrilled to announce the opening for a Marketing Intern to join our 6-month internship program in our Hong Kong office, reporting to Brand Manager . How you will contribute… Key responsibilities: • Brand Support: Dedicated internship headcount within Johnnie Walker Brand Marketing, Hong Kong, supporting a business-critical brand rejuvenation. • Campaign Execution: Provides direct executional support to the Brand Manager in planning and delivering Above-The-Line campaigns and integrated activations aimed at recruiting legal-age Generation Z consumers. • Workflow Coordination: Coordinates with agency partners and cross-functional teams to ensure timely market execution, while proactively learning and managing internal commercial workflows to keep projects on track. • Asset Management: Supports the preparation of brand materials, campaign toolkits, and post-campaign reviews. • Market Intelligence & Reporting: Conducts market, competitor, and social media analysis (including Instagram and Threads) to track campaign performance, identify youth culture trends, and support internal reporting. • Operations & Finance: Provides essential marketing operations support, including budget tracking, Purchase Order creation, and invoice processing. • Execution Excellence: Crucial for ensuring the efficient deployment of marketing investments and maintaining overall execution excellence in the market. We are looking for unique and amazing talent who: Education & Drive: Are currently pursuing a degree in Hong Kong, with an eagerness to learn, solve problems, and understand the "why" behind brand processes rather than just following instructions. Proactive Problem-Solver: Are resourceful when faced with challenges. While guidance is always available, you show initiative by trying to figure things out and proposing potential solutions before asking for help. Local Cultural & Gen Z Fluency: Possess a deep, intuitive understanding of Hong Kong's cultural landscape, Gen Z dynamics, and the local nightlife and drinking scene. You must be highly plugged into local trends and know exactly what resonates with a Hong Kong audience. Outgoing Personality: Are highly motivated, confident, and genuinely enjoy interacting with new people and representing the brand at fast-paced public events. Brand & Digital Passion: Possess a strong interest in luxury lifestyle, wines and spirits, paired with a natural curiosity for social media platforms and digital marketing trends. Operational Precision: Are meticulous and detail-oriented, with the organizational skills required to handle budget tracking, purchase orders, and invoices using the Microsoft Office Suite.
