Bienvenue chez RIMOWA , la première Maison Allemande du Groupe LVMH. Les équipes Controlling du siège français de RIMOWA vous accueillent afin de participer aux missions d’analyse financière du siège ainsi que du contrôle interne sur les entités internationales du groupe. Vos missions: • Contribution aux travaux de clôture mensuelle des entités juridique du siège: revue analytique, reporting des P&L et analyses ad hoc. • Support dans la réalisation du suivi budgétaire des directions du siège en lien étroit avec les membres du COMEX et leurs équipes : Marketing, IT, Product and Merchandising etc. • Elaboration des tableaux de bords mensuels à destination des différents départements opérationnels : Marketing, e-commerce etc. • Elaboration d’une analyse et d’un suivi des Purchase Orders en lien avec les opérationnels du siège. Propositions d’améliorations de l’outils et suivi de leur mise en place. • Suivi des projets d’investissements siège et IT (CAPEX) Cette liste évoluera en fonction des propositions du stagiaire et des priorités du département. Votre profil: • Issu(e) d'une formation universitaire ou d'une école de commerce avec spécialisation finance, vous justifiez éventuellement d'une première expérience professionnelle en contrôle de gestion/contrôle interne. • Vous avez le sens du chiffre et du détail , vous êtes rigoureux(se) et investi(e) dans votre travail au quotidien • Vous avez un bon relationnel et très bon savoir être ; appréciez le travail en équipe ainsi que la relation avec les différents services de l'entreprise. • Vous faites preuve de réactivité • Français et anglais courant sont indispensable, l’allemand est un plus. The Controlling teams at RIMOWA’s French headquarters invite you to join them in carrying out financial analysis tasks for the headquarters as well as internal control activities for the group’s international entities. Your responsibilities: • Contribute to the monthly closing process for the headquarters’ legal entities: analytical review, P&L reporting, and ad hoc analyses. • Supporting budget monitoring for headquarters departments in close collaboration with Executive Committee members and their teams: Marketing, IT, Product and Merchandising, etc. • Preparing monthly dashboards for various operational departments: Marketing, e-commerce, etc. • Analyzing and tracking purchase orders in collaboration with headquarters operations staff. Proposing improvements to the system and monitoring their implementation. • Monitoring headquarters and IT investment projects (CAPEX) This list may change based on the intern’s suggestions and the department’s priorities. Your profile: • You have a university degree or a business school degree with a specialization in finance, and you may have some initial professional experience in management accounting or internal audit. • You have a strong aptitude for numbers and attention to detail; you are thorough and dedicated to your daily work. • You have good interpersonal skills and excellent professional demeanor; you enjoy working in a team and collaborating with various departments within the company. • You are responsive. • Fluency in French and English is required; German is a plus.
