YOUR POSITION Reporting to the FP&A Manager Benelux, the FP&A intern will work closely with the FP&A, Accounting, Sales and Marketing teams and be responsible for : • the preparation and reporting of financial statements during month-end closing • the analysis of business performance • special projects of continuous improvement The position is based in our Brussels’ office with occasional travel to our Rotterdam’s office in the Netherlands. Month-end closing Some of your Responsibilities will be to: • Prepare accurate and timely financial statements and reports for the consolidation team • Develop management reports and support various departments in monitoring expenses • Follow up on our Direct Retail business and financial operations, including sales, expenses, stock, and overall P&L monitoring Business performance analysis Some of your Responsibilities will be to: • Analyze monthly performance, including variance analysis on revenues, margins, and operating costs • Create ad-hoc reports and analyses Special continuous improvement projects Some of your Responsibilities will be to: • Explore and implement new tools to automate month-end closing analyses and reporting processes Desired Skills and Experience: Pursuing an end-of-course internship or gap-year internship Demonstrate advanced skills in Microsoft Excel Must possess strong analytical skills, communicate clearly, and act with integrity Collaborate effectively as a team player, while also possessing the ability to work autonomously Speak fluently in both French and English.
