Sourcing Merchandiser

As an integral part of the Sourcing Team, you will contribute to shaping the global strategy and supplier base for a core product category. The team is composed of dedicated individuals, each with specific roles and responsibilities, reporting to the Sourcing Manager. Together, we work towards the vision of ensuring a robust and efficient supply chain to meet our business goals. Responsibilities • Drive GANT's sourcing intiatives: Sustainability, Quality, Speed and Transparency • Develop and implement bi-annual sourcing strategy with the Sourcing Manager • Monitor margins and negotiate costs to meet company goals • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product quality and optimal pricing • Evaluate and onboard new suppliers, including cost negotiation, factory audits, quality checks, and contract signing • Oversee supplier performance, ensuring compliance with GANT standards and improving scores through supplier engagement
