Your learning will happen directly on the shop floor rather than in an office setting. This is where you'll build a deep understanding of our customer s , our product s , and what makes our operations world-class. You'll learn and master : • Customer service • Product deliveries & replenishment • Omni-channel & checkout operations • O nboarding and training new starters • P roduc t category management Months 5-6 | Step into Leadership As a supervisor, you'll begin leading teams on the shop floor , influencing performance, and owning your first commercial responsibilities. This stage develops your leadership stance , building trust, driving results, and bringing out the best in the people around you. You'll take on: • Team coordination & daily planning • Developing the performance of your colleague s • Opera tional excellence and customer satisfaction • O wnership of a ke y subdivi sion , ensuring day to day performance Months 7–12 | Drive the Business In your final rotation, on top of maintaining a strong presence on the shop floor as an assistant manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to influence commercial decisions and operational strategy.
